Enjoy exhilarating activities like a visit to the Saami Village, where you can interact with reindeer and huskies, as well as thrilling husky sleigh rides and snowmobile adventures. Next, travel to St. Petersburg, renowned for its cultural heritage, where you will visit the magnificent Hermitage Museum, home to millions of artworks, and the Grand Maket, a stunning miniature model of Russia. Conclude your tour by returning to Moscow via the high-speed Sapsan train, allowing you to reflect on the memories created during this remarkable journey. IMPORTANT NOTES:

AIRLINE AND AIRFARE
• The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st May 2024.
• Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.
• Passengers missing flights to note that the entire ticket gets no show and new return ticket needs to be bought by the passengers themselves.

HOTELS
• All hotels will be either around the airport area or on the outskirts.
• Most hotels in Europe have only Twin beds. The double bed will be Queen size and not King size.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
• Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions.
• Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
• The average room size of the hotels in Europe are between 16 – 20 sq. mts.
• Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
• We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
COACHES
• Most of your journey in Europe is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.
• Due to hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets on the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
• Eating & drinking is not permitted on the coach.
• One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.
• Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

MEALS
• Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
• On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided

SIGHTSEEING
• On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
• Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however, the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
• In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided

GENERAL

• A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
• Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
• SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
• The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
• The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
• All optional activities will have to be booked and paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments to be made by cash in the currency as mentioned in your tour price only. (Credit or Debit cards not accepted).
• Optional tours are booked & paid on 100% non-refundable & non cancellation policy.
• In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.
• The images used in this brochure are for representation purposes only.
• Tours operated are subject to RBI / GOI regulations.

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangement which may come in to effect prior to departure
  • Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of Euro 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 8 Days, the total Tips amount is Euros 24 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 1 of the tour.

Day 01 Welcome to Moscow

Arrive in Moscow, the capital and largest city of Russia, known for its iconic landmarks and rich history. Once you land, proceed to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for leisure, allowing you to relax after your flight or explore the city on your own. You will enjoy a packed dinner if you have a late arrival. Day 02 Moscow Guided City Tour – Sparrow Hill Cable Car – Metro Tour – Russian Circus

Start your day with a guided city tour of Moscow. Visit famous landmarks including the Red Square, where you’ll see the colorful St. Basil’s Cathedral, the White House, and Christ the Saviour Cathedral. Then, enjoy breathtaking views from the Sparrow Hill Cable Car as it crosses the Moskva River. The adventure continues with a tour of Moscow's Metro Stations, often referred to as the "People’s Palaces" due to their elegant designs. Day 03 Fly to Murmansk – Northern Lights Tour

Today, take a flight to Murmansk, located in the northwestern part of Russia and known as the "Russian Lapland". After checking into your hotel, the evening is dedicated to the Northern Lights Tour. If conditions are favorable, you will witness the magical Aurora Borealis, a natural phenomenon that lights up the sky in vibrant colors. Day 04 Saami Village Tour – Murmansk Orientation Tour

Embark on a cultural experience at the Saami Village, where you will get a glimpse into the traditional lifestyle of the indigenous Saami people. Here, you'll have the chance to feed Siberian Huskies and Reindeers, followed by an exciting Husky Sleigh Ride and Snowmobile Ride through the snowy landscapes. Later, return to Murmansk for an orientation tour, which includes a stop at the Lenin Icebreaker Museum, an important symbol of Russia's Arctic history. Day 05 Fly to St. Petersburg – Guided City Tour

Fly to the historic city of St. Petersburg. Day 06 Visit the Hermitage Museum – Grand Maket

Day 7 High-Speed SAPSAN Train to Moscow

Day 8 Departure from Moscow
